The Cove Bistro

The Cove Bistro at The Fleet Care Home is an intimate, five-star café and restaurant where residents can indulge in a variety of delicious food and participate in regular events. Located within the home, residents can easily access our luxurious bistro throughout the day. For those visiting during the day, the café is the perfect spot to take a break and relax while enjoying fresh coffee and a selection of cakes. As the evening draws in, The Cove Bistro transforms into a bar, offering a selection of alcoholic drinks and spacious, comfortable seating.

This beautiful part of our home also plays host to the outside entertainment that is invited to perform for residents. The Cove Bistro is the perfect size for residents to enjoy front-row seats to every performance; from singers to music events, through to quizzes and sing-alongs, our Cove Bistro is hugely popular with our residents and offers a variety of social events to suit everyone.

A Luxury Space for Socialising

The Cove Bistro has quickly become the number one spot for residents to get together with loved ones and treat themselves to a cream cake or their favourite tipple (or two!). Whether it’s a ‘swift-half’ residents are craving, or a full three-course meal, we can guarantee that residents won’t be disappointed with the impeccable service and wonderful atmosphere The Cove offers. Food and drink at The Cove are regularly accompanied by entertainment and/or games. The majority of events that take place at The Fleet, are held in The Cove Bistro; from cheese and wine tasting evenings to dancing along to talented singers, The Cove is the perfect, luxury space for residents to socialise.

Group Games for All

We have a fantastic creative team of activity coordinators who work hard to ensure that all activities are planned to perfection. Our coordinators establish relationships with residents, so they are able to understand exactly what they might want to do and create a programme packed full of ideas and activities to peak everyone’s interest. The Cove Bistro is a busy, sociable environment where games are regularly held; from quizzes to bingo, we plan to offer group games that can be enjoyed by all.
