The Fleet Care Home is a newly refurbished care home, based in the picturesque town of Dartmouth, providing exceptional levels of around-the-clock Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care and Respite Care. Offering up to 39 residents a luxury home-from-home in a peaceful part of Devon, our purpose-built care home allows for qualified nursing and care teams to provide the highest levels of care and are on hand 24-hours a day to support all residents and ensure they live a happy, fulfilled life.

Providing exemplary Residential Care, Respite Care, Dementia Care, and Nursing Care, our team executes professional and compassionate care to all residents. The Fleet Care Home places residents at the heart of everything they do; working closely with each resident, and their family, to create tailored care packages that suit each individual. This type of care also includes presenting residents with a personalised Activity Programmes that allow them to participate and enjoy daily activities that bring them joy.

Providing expert guidance and assistance to loved ones as well as residents who live with us, is a vital step towards being the most efficient carers we can be. The décor and quality furnishings throughout the home have been selected with our residents in mind as part of our recent refurbishment, effortlessly combining modern and traditional styles, helping residents feel at ease, feel relaxed, happy and most importantly, feel at home. At The Fleet, you’ll find large en-suite bedrooms, spacious dining rooms, a well-stocked library, cosy cinema room, and stunning gardens that stretch across the back of the home. Our residents love nothing more than a leisurely stroll outside, taking in the fresh air and enjoying being close to nature. As well as having a dedicated Activities and Events Coordinator, who plans a variety of interesting things to do each week, our on-site Chef cooks delicious meals, which cater for all dietary requirements, combining new cuisines and good old family favourites. We aim to provide a quality of life which enables individuals to retain their independence and enjoy a first-class standard of living.
