Damon Drummond the Home Manager commented, "I joined the care home in early 2022 during what continued to be a really difficult time for the sector and immediately I recognised that I was working with a team that were some of the most dedicated and committed people that I have had the pleasure of working within this sector.
It is through our collective teamwork that we strive to provide the very best in person-centred care for each of our residents and to make sure that every day they have the very best quality of life. The team are so engaging and genuinely cares dearly for the residents and I am so delighted that their efforts have been recognised on our recent inspection."
Damon went on to further comment "The Fleet really is like an extended family, the home is a really friendly and engaging environment where there is always lots going on, and everyone goes out of their way to get to know the preferences of each of the residents to ensure that they feel supported as well as having companionship and the very best in care around the clock."
